Convert TGA into BLP

Hello!

I need some help to convert a tga image into blp. I have tried, but it just don't want to work for me. I want the resolution to be exactly like it is, and I want the quality to be exactly like it is.

Just tell me if you gonna do it, and I send you the pic.

Some tools (like WC3 Image Extractor and WC3 Viewer) can't convert images to .blp if they are not ''cube''. Same size in both dimensions.
