You'll need some better blending on the plain concrete, as well as proper transitional tiles. You've got plenty of misalignments there.

~Nightmare: Still needs to have better transition and blending with other tiles. The overall tile is cartoony and could have more depth and shading to fit into Warcraft 3.

This look a bit cartoonish to fit Warcraft 3, you could a bit more depth and shading as well as details on the white concrete as it looks rather plain.
