Compressing .TGA Files for loading screen?

is there a tool to compress .TGA files use in loading screens? If only warcraft would support JPEG lol it would only use 200kb but with .TGA it uses 750kb with compression that i know.. anyone got any tips? there must be a way to convert .tga down to 200kb below or 300 below.

i know a better way, just use blp files for ur loading screen. if u somehow cant use those, just reduce file size with image extractor or wc3viewer (it asks for quality after converting)
