Hello, I am looking for someone to commission to help create some custom UI elements for my map. Hopefully not too complicated.

I am offering 55.00 USD paid through Paypal for the help.

I am looking for someone to help create a UI which displays all the allied heroes Icons and health bars, and should function similar to the game "Siege of Dalaran". Please see below screenshot for an example. I am also looking for someone to help with a perk system.
