I think these actions are what your looking for
  • Camera - Pan camera for Player 1 (Red) to (Center of (Playable map area)) over 10.00 seconds
  • Camera - Apply Start Cinimatic Camera <gen> for Player 1 (Red) over 20.00 seconds
The key part is to set the time to some non zero value. That will make the camera scroll over time from its current position to the point or camera you designate.

for better cameta motion ! just create camera objects in "Camera palette" then use the follownig trigger to pan camera from one camera object to another: Camera-Apply camera object (timed)
