Chose Skill from List When Button is Pressed

I've noticed in some maps I've downloaded that there are some skills that when you use them, they open a selection of skills that you can use.
Can someone please tell me how to make that kind of skill?

Search for 'Spell Book' in the object editor

How do you add spells to it?

You can do it with some trigger action or add the spells manually. Once you find the Spell Book, you'll find a data field that allows you to add your spells.

Edit the spell list of the ability in object editor.
