[Trigger] Charge to enemy trigger

Hey im needing a trigger spell.

Click this onto a enemy unit, 3 second casting time, your hero charges the ability being used onto enemy doing 3x agility damage. Charge I mean like, slide the hero to the targeted unit, not move instantly. And make it so you can get over terrian. 1 enemy, not multiple units
