(Changing) Water color

My problem is the water color i can set it blue, purple, yellow, green and so on but can't set it red "like in Dota", when i set it red it turns black. Triggers also can't turn it red, at game options can't be turn red. So if anyone is enough advanced in world editor tricks please tell me how to make water to be with color like in dota when u type "-water red" (pure red). Hope some one will help

Tileset also affects water color. I'd look into that.
