Ok I got the idea from parasite, but anyways basically I wanna make it where like say a unit, like a Footmen can have this ability, when you click on it, it turns him into a Riflemen or something,

How can I do that, I tried like baseing the spell on like druids that change form, but it just makes a diff unit and ends up killing the person that was supposed to transform! So plz help

Agreed, replacing it via trigger is liable to be your smoothest solution. However, rather than replace the unit, I recommend you make a dummy skill that, when it is used, gives the unit a Chaos ability that changes him to a Rifleman (using your example). Chaos has the advantage of keeping selection, command groups, buffs, and (possibly) orders of the previous unit without doing the work of triggering that.
