It's an hidden ability : 'AHer'.

I don't know if the JNGP enables it but if not you can download the file in attachment, extract the .slk file and place it in your "Warcraft III" directory. Then you open Worldedit and it should be editable in the ability list (its name is "Heroes", I think).

You can enable more hidden abilities by putting 1 in the "useInEditor" column of the .slk file.

EDIT : You can also use this kind of vjass line :
JASS:
//! external ObjectMerger w3a AHer AHer acat "ModelPath.mdl"
I think jasshelper needs some configuration before doing that, though.

Wtf are you talking about? It always worked fine for me.

Just to be sure I understood : are you talking about all your custom abilities? Or you can't see any ability in the object editor? Did that happen after you moved the file in the W3 directory or after you moved it from the W3 directory to elsewhere?

If you say that putting the file in W3 directory removed all your abilities in the object editor, I'm sorry because I never thought it could happen. Still, if you haven't saved yet, your abilities are always in your map and removing the .slk files will bring them back. If you use the JNGP, there are also backups of your map in the jassnewgenpack5d\backups directory (and when you use "test map", it also creates a backup as Warcraft III\Maps\Test\WorldEditTestMap.w3x).

I seriously don't know... Maybe I badly edited the .slk file and you'll have a better result if you edit yours by yourself. It's a file you can get from your War3Patch.mpq using a MPQ Browser ; it has the path "Units\AbilityData.slk".

You can also try the ObjectMerger script but I'm not an expert of it.

The other solutions I see are all inconvenient.
