Change clifsize in map

I am working "hard" on a new lord of the rings map and i want to add custom walls like in bfme 2.6.
My problem is that i dont know how to strech them, so that they are like 90° to the ground.
Can anybody help me out ?

use blizzard cliffs?
or do you want to "raise" the terrain at a 90^o angle?
if so you cant do that unless you use jassnewgen WE

thats is not true, you can make 90-angle hills without all jassgens&weu whatever.
