Cavalry armed with pike

Can anyone create/find me a model of a cavalry unit armed with a pike? It would be good if the pike is not too thick. It's very hard to find units with long pikes/spears. I will give reputations to anyone who could create or at least give a URL of a cavalry with a pike.

Also, the man on the cavalry should thrust the spear, not swing it like a sword. Thank you!
