Cast a Custom Ability with Trigger

How do I cast a custom ability with triggers? I know you can and I know how
to cast a melee ability using that action, but without modifying a melee ability
or something, how do I cast a custom ability with triggers?

You see, you have based the ability on another one (example, storm bolt). It's the same to order a unit to cast the custom ability like the melee ability. Here's some examples below

Based on Storm Bolt = Order unit to Human Mountainking - Storm Bolt

Based on Thunderclap = Order unit to Human Mountainking - Thunderclap

Based on Slow = Order unit to Night Elf Sorceress - Slow

That is what I thought but I tried it before and didn't seem to work.
