No problem.
To answer your question. I never tried to increase heigh or size of shockwave/cvarrionswarm/crushing wave, but I am sure that it can be done via resizing model itself in model editor.
About world editor, I am not sure, haven't try that yet.

I edited the model and translated it all up by about 300 units. It doesn't look right, but you can have a go with it. Just import it to the path Abilities\Spells\Orc\Shockwave\ShockwaveMissile.mdx
