Capture the Flag


This is my take on Capture the Flag mode. The map is kinda old, and simple (I was basically learning how to use world editor back then, still learning). The idea and execution is mine.

Objectives

Main objective is obvious - steal the flag from opponent's base while defending your own.

Game mechanics
1. Only heroes can carry flag.
2. Carrying the flag will slow down and turn off some of your Hero's buffs/abilities.
3. Dead of the flag carrier while on water results with flag being taken back to it's owner's base.
4. Game lasts to the point when two flags are in one base.
5. You can hire up to 6 Heroes in this map.

Additional notes

It was mentioned to be played with Orcs vs. Human. If there will be any interest I can rework it for other races.

To add a preview image, resize the image to 256x256 or 128x128 using gimp and save it as .tga. Import the image and change its path to 'war3mapPreview.tga'.
