Cant start Warcraft

A friend have problem with warcraft III , he click on the icon and it write unable to intialize. what he can do ? is there too a way to repair this without reinstaling warcraft ?

I don't thinks so.

Myself, i can't go on battlenet for some weird matter, and i think im going to reinstall it.
But im to lazy, so it stays as it is.
