can u make an aoe spell cast instantly

is it possible to make a spell, like blizzard, that requries the user to select the spell area, cast instantly around the user by just clicking on the skill ability??, thanks

make a dummy ability with the right cooldown, manacost and description and a dummy with the blizzard based spell without mana and cooldown. if the hero casts the fake spell u order the dummy to blizzard at the position of the casting hero
