can someone please make a cool model

hey i have pictures of a demon guy of of tekken 6 anyways i was wondering could someone please make it for me also if it looks good i think it would be a great addition to the site he is called devil jin i think he could be made alot easier off of evil illidan than anything else but i wouldnt know because i cant model i was also wondering if you can make him fight by kicking and punching that sort of stuff also another attack using a sword and a few special attack for example throwing balls of darkness (the throw will be the attack and the balls of darkness the missle) but that sort of animations if you see a video of him in a battle on tekken six on youtube for example you will see what im talking about but i think that he would be a great model for maps and i'm getting lessons for free from my friend on map making and i would like to make a map like for example this guy that i want made is fighting a whole heap of footmen but you see what i mean and if this is made thank you very much i appreciate it ALOT! anyways here are some pictures of him
