the beholder is already on this site, like 2 diffrent models i have seen. one that is an older one between 90 and 120 i guess. the other one cant remember just search for it.. 
if i found them i will post the link for u. hmm for the demon u could use the diablo model or some other one

Yea, I saw the BH model on this site but its not green ^^ and too many tentles (sorry for spelling)
And I saw the Diablo one but I didnt like it much
For the cyclops I'd be happy with a stonemaul ogre (one headed ogre) without the club
