Good Day Everyone!
I am trying to make some models use alternate textures in game following this great tutorial by Flux.
What I am trying to do:
Give an alternate snowy texture to some tree models to dynamically change in game. It is 6 trees in total, I am unable to fix. I am grateful for every single tree, you help me with!
(BTW: Asked for permission, creators are inactive after so many years)
What I achieved so far:
Change the texture of 3 trees. Unfortunately, I cannot make some models works, no matter what I try ...
My request:
Can you help me fix the models, that I could not edit properly?
It is probably very easy to do, for an experienced modeller. But I am unable to find out, what I did wrong. Attached to this post, I add all the trees and textures, I would like to receive help with. I also attach the trees in a test map, that I have been succesful with.

-> Snowy textures are included. I simply converted the .blp from the MPQ and used Photoshop CS6 to change colours "noobishly".
-> .blp original textures from the MPQ are included as well.
-> I also added the versions, that do not work in game
