Can someone import this Load Screen into my map for me?

Okay for some reason my computer wont let me import this load screen into my map. I've done the steps like forty times and tried it like forty times but it never works. So if anyone could import it into my map please that'd rock. If anyone can do it for me, I will give them the picture of the load screen. So if anyone can do this it will give +rep to them. Please help...

Heres ur loading screen.. i had problems implementing it (it has to be blp right)
i tried both blp and tga, took off the war3mapimported, and set it under loading screen. are you suposta do custom path? i usta be able to do this i thought.. well here are the model in blp and tga format to see if u can get it workin
