Can Someone Help Me?

My campaign is a bit buggy (don't mind about the cameras at the beginning), portraits don't appear, triggers don't happen, it's really confusing. Can someone help me out? The campaign is down below.

Chances are that you are hitting the op-limit.
How many of your variables in the variable editor are set to more than 1 ?
There are only a select few that should be set higher than one.
Check out the section on variable editor in my tutorial. Things you should know when using triggers / GUI.

I think your problems with your triggers not working involve the fact that you are using turn on - trigger instead of run - trigger. Your triggers are already "on" and since there is no event they will not run simply by being turned on. You will need to use the action Run Trigger (ignoring condition). You could also use Run Trigger (checking conditions).

As far as the portraits not showing up I believe that is a big with turning letterbox mode on and off when used with turning cinematic mode on and off. I believe cinematic mode automatically turns on letterbox mode so you can get rid of the letterbox mode actions.
