i need help to get a converter for milkshape 3d

You should finally learn to write a serious thread, no big letters, right spelling and grammar and explique exactly what you exactly need.
I guess you need the Exporter and Importer for Milkshape 3D for exporting models made in milkshape in the .mdx format.

Here it is:

Download the msZero file only, extract it and put it into the Milkshape3D folder found under C/Programs.

For exporting, press inside Milkshape "File" -> "Export"
Then scroll down untill you find "WarcraftIII MDLX (beta10)" click on it and save it.
