Keep her hair & add mask, make it blood elf male, add some clothes(her pants is fine), remove weapon. rest is fine

For this job, you have to model it, you can't skin it..

You can't add more stuff with a skin.
You can only edit the model-skin.

For this, you need a model-work-over, which you will need permission from the creator of your model for.
