Can AI use zeppelins for transport?

World of Warcraft: Reimagined

I'm working on map in my campaign, and I made one enemy base on an island, and I want them to mostly attack me with air units, but I also want them to attack me with some ground units, so I want the AI to transport them through the zeppelins. So, is it possible to make an AI use zeppelins? I saw it in some campaign missions that the AI uses zeppelins, so I guess it's probably possible here too.
