I am just suggesting some campaigns that i think is good:

Star Wars Campaign: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/maps/4913/

Joe's Quest Gold Edition: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/maps/4572/

Deandra's Tale
Bronze Edition:
http://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/maps/4589/

Joe's Quest 1.5: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/maps/4576/

Mordork's Quest Wood Edition:http://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/maps/4555/

Shards of Resistance - The Raiders Platinum Edition:http://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/maps/4560/

The Last Druid: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/maps/4562/

Dwarf Campaign: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/maps/4545/

Joe's Quest, Deandra's Tale and Mordork's Quest are all part of the same insane story. It's humorous and it has good models too. The Campaigns are in this order: Joe's Quest Gold - Deandra's Tale Bronze - Mordork's Quest Wood - Joe's Quest 1.5.

Dwarf Campaign is very good, it's very detailed and well thought out, though those that made them has decieded to not continue.

The Last Druid is an awesome little campaign with a deep story line.

Shards of Resistance - The Raiders is pure ownage, probably the best detailed campaign in the world, it's very hard to complete and the models used in it are awesome!

The Star Wars campaign is made my Med Mapguy who also made Joe's Quest, Deandra's Tale and Mordork's Quest. It is also humorous and can be fun but I don't think you will like it.

Hope that helps you out because there are really not any good campaigns with basebuilding of the normal races.
