Archive can be taken out in this way: Using the key stone,then put the archive in the Archive.Because the code of the collection is produced by the soul vault,you can repick your character after bringing the archive out.

I don't see how this is a bug. Its basicly how archives are supposed to work.

And yes, this can be used to get the archive out without using up a keystone - considering you didn't want to save anything else from the run. I'm aware of this possibility, but it's a very minor issue and not easy to be fixed without making archives unnecessarily complicated.
