enjoy: Well the shape is made with a click of a brush. So is the glow, else it is filter. But yea. It's way too simple. Also needs more freehand.
Lacks details as well.

Filesize too big for a lame icon like this.
If you want to make YinYang make it like, on a picture, dont draw it like this with, let me guess new version of paint lol.
I'd say 1/5 lacks hard.

hmm interesting a white glow on a yin yang well i wouldn't say it's all bad but like narandza said filesize to big if you could fix that itt'l be better

Sorry for insulting then, this is what you should improve:
-If you want to keep it simple, just shade it so it looks like a spheare = ball.
-You cloud maybe change the 2 colors? That might be intresting, choose:
Red - Cyan
Sky Blue - Orange
Green - Purple
Yellow - Blue

cutted all works needed down to a list (my option)

- Make the glow red insted of white
(this will make the white side not so dominating)

- Make Shadows and highligts to make it look like its an orb or a sphere
(this will make the icon look more interesting without taking the simpleness out of the icon)
