Not really. Demotivation comes from feelings. Indeed, the rating should be at least tending to objectivity.

I'm still partly confused as to what this is, since it has Gnoll and Orc tags and I thought it might be something to do with Gnolls but it makes me think it has everything to do with Lycanthropy.

I like the aesthetic for Lycanthropy though, it's a very nice design for it. I'd go so far as to say it's a must have for any faction containing werewolves or Worgen.
