Well i guess you're right with the lighting... i am not a professional photographer and the icon doesn't look like i expected first.
I know that the DISBTN is also just a quick edit... it would be nice if some of u could show me how to reach a better effect in the future

The background originally looked yellowish fire-like...
After i took the photo with my 5mp mobile-cam it got screwed up and i had to edit it further with paint.net
I guess it really needs some edits so it looks more "dangerous" instead of having this light-blue background

In a need of a lot more work.
Draw your icons on paper freely, but use digital painting to make it come to life. Lacks shadows, light source, dimensions and color distribution.

Lol not that big! 
Borders are not correct also, not just the disbtn, btn is also wrong, just use icon managaer it saves you time and gives best resoults.
I tried to correct it but no luck, if you want the full pic ill give it:
