Watery Shield. When attacked the unit with this shield will regain x mana (if it has no mana it will regain life), also deals x damage against attacker and leave em wet.
Wet units will recieve damage from purges and will get stunned if they have the slowed (cold) buff on them after they attack.
wet slow effect does sttack on each attack (5% movement speed per attack)
