in contrary from what others have said,
i felt that your icon is a bit awkward when seen in-game,
i think its because there are too many things that you want to show in the single icon,
like the master, the element, the hand, the energy flow from the element, the master's robe, the detail,
i think too much detail on each part of the icon will reduces the idea of the icon.
how about it?

That's just because his icons are too good for the in-game icons to match. Import the rest of the icons he made and it's fine :D
