I tried resizing it, it seems to loose alot of quality when downsized so i cropped it abit differently.

I only wanted to help, i did not edit the pic in any way.
I'll remove it on request.

Anyways, yeah, I know it looks a tad pixelated atm.
And... A touch up? Nah, that looks more like a simple sharpen filter, oh_snap

It was a touch up. I added highlights and shadows there, fella. Anyways, the point was that the issue isn't that the icon is pixelated. All it needs is some contrast with stronger highlights and stronger shading.
