Nice, a little too bright, but very nice.
Only the background is lacking.
Generally the color of the inverse matrix works better in backgrounds. (Inverse matrix of the predominant color in the icon.)

Darken the transition from outer metal to inner wood, so that it actually looks like two materials being merged together (shade it properly so that the wood pops out more).
