I love cartoonish icons actually, my only problem is the logic of the weapon

the mid in a trident should be the tallest, since it's the main one that you use to stab the opponent.
anyway fixing that would mean re-doing the whole icon, so don't bother.
nice icon.

The devil has a pitchfork which is used for scooping hay,
which has a different structure than the classic image of
the undersea Trident which you have illustrated here. It
doesn't quite fit.

I should re-communicate, it doesn't look sinister enough to be
a devil's pitchfork, and if it's intended to be a trident the color
doesn't match.

For me it looks sexy! It could be an item or a weapon upgrade for undead.
