Also it looks a little wierd with the wood in the middle of the hammer.

The thing I see wrong is the lightning/thunder. The hammer looks pasted onto the background. the lightning should overlap the hammer, so it looks like it's smashing and not just a hammer with a lightning background. Kinda nice otherwise though.

The first one is better IMO when i zoomedin (shame on me hehe), but the second looks better when small. I'd go with something combined, but more for the second one.

As you see "big" picture is 512x512, and attachment shows a thumbnail that is ~80x80, so you can see how the icon would look like in "smaller" version. Hope you get the point now.

Looks better. Now I don't want to be a bgger or anything, I am just giving suggestions, but maybe make the lightning tendrils not so round? So they make an instant 90 turn, instead of forming like a curve (Sorry for my english, hope you get what I mean)
