enjoy: Cool icon. A bit cartoonish, but also warcraft-ish. Not a whole lot of uses but it could be useful.

The teeth are not well done in my opinion. Usually orcs have brown decayed teeth and not totally white. Then, the icon doesn't give me a strong feeling of "berserk", probably because he's not frowning enough. Other than that, the details on the face are impressive and give that tauren feeling. I'd give it 4/5 for now

If I put brown on it, it will look monotone .

I think that you need to make a better differentiation between the face and the background.
It blends too much with it and gives it a 'what am I looking at?' feeling.

The teeth need better shading as well.
