Seems good somehow, but need some work:
-Shape of blade
-Some better shading on blade
-Extra hightlights
try to combine some colors on blade to make nice reflection effect.

Try highlighting the glyphs on the blade. Darken then slightly or something.
And add an autocast version of the icon.
In anycase it looks great. I especially like the passive version.

Updated the rune and added auto-cast - gave up the slightly cause i forgot when i updated

Oh now i see what i think is abit wrong ! 
The big reflection: is awesome and it fits there. but two of them are smelthing toghether with the blade.
Which makes the two other ones just looks like a line crossing the sword.
I think you should just change the ways they're pointing alittle bit.
Some details are pretty awesome... Very Well Done.
