I was wondering what to do and it hit me 
A spear attack ^^
Spend 2 hours on it.
And little glow added when i resized it ;]
Update 1 :
*Added highlights on the tip of the blade
*Added more details to the BG ;]
*Move spear so border doesn't cover the tip of the blade

looks good. unfortunately, the resizing has mangled some details.
maybe you should move it a bit, so that the spear tip is not behind the icon border. especially in the autocast version that gives an odd look.

Yeah i notice that and i am going to move it ^^.
Yep it is bad ,but if zoom in to see details you won't see the spear as it now
