Not bad but the metallic part looks a bit too flat. Why not adding more shading to it? It could give it more volume I think.

Thanks for the positive review) I would like to improve the quality of icon, but im not strong in Photoshop( All I could do - is to make metal shine.

The shine wouldn't be a bad idea. At least it would look more like real metal and perhaps give it a better aspect. Try it out and see the result.
Another suggestions is adding some remains of earth on the metal and probably making it a bit rusty. Would give it a more spade-ish look.

The wooden handle part of the shovel seems flat too me, the shading needs to be fixed there, plus add some carves so it looks like an wooden texture.

The icon looks fine, although a real spade is a square or a straight pentagon, not a trangle.

The metalic part needs a bit of shading improvement, to define better its form(curvatures).
The wooden part needs shading aswell.
U said in the icon description that is "a screenshot icon". Is this a fitting icon for an existing model?
