Uhm...... yeah, this is still too cartoony, and your shadings are off.

As for not having a model to fit it with, there is one online on another site that I know, although I am not linking to it.

chaplains wear black armour. Maybe if you made the armour black, i wouldnt notice the black lines so much.
that being said, stop making your icons look cartoony. This one is definitely an improvement but it still looks cartoony. Fix this one up and fix your other icons while you are at it.
