Uh look, the icon is good, but you have bad borders, the Disbnt icon shouldn't have the grey border, if you want some exact borders and you have photoshop use this:

It uses layers to set the borders, just put the image and select the borders by hiding and showing the layers on the psd file
But anyway Good Icon

Look, at least put on the thing that says that it is not your icon, its nice that that icon fits war3 but anyone that looks the icon will think that it is yours
