Like Devine said, the wood is a little cartoonish. Also the blade curves downward a little too fast, unless you were using an alternate perspective.The "Soul" part is pretty nice, although it could use a little more detail. Nice idea, but it needs work.

EDITED: Yes, it is in perspective, Wood part is small because metal part is closer to us than it.
