Looks like a CnP to me. Sure it's ok to use in your own map, but i don't think it'll cut it as a resource.

I meant the original image... this one had a white background and it was a 300x350 or smthing image.. I did all the conversion and bordering using the programs from a tutorial from this site... I did the black background around the blade, I did the resizing (< may be spelled wrong), I did the bordering and I did the con version to .blp... so, again, it isn't copy-pasted..

if it's taken from another picture it's CnP even how much you edit the background and resize.. it should be free handed (atleast 50% or more) that means drawing it with pencil/brush tool in a photoediting program (photoshop for an example) free handing does not include using filters and effects.
