enjoy: The shape is off again. The outlines of the sides of the bottle should be symmetrical. And the bottom doesn't look like it's rounded, but has this weird dent or something. Where is the light source placed?
Also, I would skew it just a bit more, so the whole bottle (with lid) fits within the borders of the icon.

Looks very good but I think, for me, it is some kind of blurry. A little blurry but nice job.

Yeah, it may look little blurry, because the border of the glass is thin, and with mouse its kinda hard to make it perfect.

nice one - but i would suggest that you rework the background - it lookes like the glass isn't water-proof. there is samples of the liquid and/or the glass around, which i don't like ^^

Making the liquid have the same color as the background isn't good to look at at all... But that is a personal opinion.. this is still a pretty nice icon you made.. :3

Oh and this can also be used as a blood potion of some sort..
