i think this is far more better than your previous attempt on icon. but as San said. the angle and the background is kinda weird.

The Axe Object are too Small, A Bigger would be Outstanding and Reduce the Brightness of BG. Thats all What i say..
BTW this is far more better than your Other Icons. Good Job 3/5 For Now.

The background is too light and as a result, too distracting. The axe could use some shading so that it will look sharp. Also, there is a lot of space unused, zoom in a bit so it will look good in the icon.
