Hah, nice. Reminds me of Harry Potter in some way. Although, once again, the book is not in focus. The middle of the book should be in the middle of the icon...

I was sure someone will remind harry potter, and somehow i was inspired by this ^^
If you well see the book, it's already a good new for me. I know there's some improvements to do, i think i will not change the bg because i simply don't want to make one, but ill work on the shadings.

the drawing is fantastic, again could probably do with some middle and dark tones to fatten the purple, but the real issue is the composition of the book. It's the only object, and is quite ferocious too, so to have an empty space in the top corner creates a sense of vulnerability and unbalance. Perhaps some speed trails? or a glow of some sort? Whatever you decide to do, i still love your awesome hand skillz.

Thx u, ill try a slight background today if it is really missing, but the most important is to define the layout and the shading.

I am curious about the angle you chose to take the book and draw it. It's really more focused on the pages and the bookmark, not its cover. This angle is the best for projectiles and thrown items, not thrown books

The meaning of this angle is to show the fangs, not the pages
I know the fangs aren't easy to see, but i did my best and i don't know how to mark it more with my actual skills
