Your going to want to practice more, I'm sorry but this is obviously noobish work and there's not way this is going to get accepted. Sorry if I'm being harsh but I don't really have anything positive to say

What could i do to improve it? i wanted to fill in the grey and yellow spaces but what with?

I'm sorry but what I'd suggest doing would be completely redoing it.
-The circle should be a bit more perfect - its an oval right now and that makes the line through the center look odd and the circles out of place.
-There's absolutely no shading - it's flat. Did you use paint to make this? If your using paint get GIMP - it's a bit closer to photoshop and its free.
-Read some tutorials - the subject of the one on this page is different, but it should probably help you nonetheless - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/icons-541/btntomatov20-166417/ (the tutorial was posted at the bottom by Kimberly)
-Whats with the balls on the corners? They don't really seem to serve much of a purpose

Aye i did, i used Paint.Net, i have GIMP already because i use Game makers apprentice so ill have a look at that and see were it goes from there
