GhostThruster: it's a useful icon, but the glow should be blended more into the background. the left edge of the paper is also quite sketchy, which looks fine in your big image but appears too pixelated in the icon, so you should reduce the 'sketchiness' of it & make it smoother. lastly, the shading on the paper itself could be blended a bit more smoothly.
