I can tell this dont have frames and is pure CnP (Copy 'n' Paste)...
Well, dude, seriously, try to make the icons yourself (except the frames, that can be generated with this program), using Photoshop or GIMP and some of our tutorials here. I'd reccomend you that you should follow NFWar's Iconmaking Tutorial or KelThuzad's one for your first icons.
